an 8-week + 4-week 1:1 program

you know what to say in the salary talk, the review, the promotion conversation. and you still give way every time.

1:1 coaching for women who keep losing the conversations that decide their pay, their title, and how seriously they get taken. 8 weeks of training, plus 4 weeks of follow-through after. built around your exact situation, down to how you talk and how your manager talks.

i spent 15 years losing my position in those same conversations. i refused to accept that more therapy was the answer. so i built the method i could not find anywhere else.

5 spots. currently filling for july.

method. built on 15 years of watching, then trained on myself first.

you've done the work. the conversations haven't changed.

you can explain exactly why you go quiet in the salary talk. you've read the books. you've done the therapy. you understand yourself better than most people ever will. and last thursday your manager pushed back and you still said "that's fair" when it wasn't.

knowing what to say and doing it when someone with a title is watching are two completely different skills. you can read every book on swimming and still go under the first time you're in deep water. that's the gap. you've spent years on the knowing. nobody ever trained you on the doing.

i am not a coach who studied this from the outside.

i lived this for fifteen years sitting next to the people in power. i did the therapy, the books, the courses. i could explain exactly what i was doing in five different ways and i still gave way every time the stakes were real.

so i built the method i could not find.

one thing, so we're clear from the start. i won't tell you what number to ask for. there are recruiters and negotiation people for that, and a good one is worth it. what i train is how you show up when you ask. your voice, your body, the words, and whether you can hold steady when someone with a title pushes back. most women i work with already know what to ask for. they just give way when it counts. that's the part i train.

i trained it on myself first, in real conditions, until what i did in those conversations actually changed.

that is what i teach. it is the only thing i teach. i did it. now i'm going to show you how to do it too.

ok. here's what's actually going on underneath it.

if you can't quite name the thing that keeps going wrong

you prepare for the conversation. you rehearse what you want to say. then you walk in and watch yourself say something different.

yeah. you know the one. keep reading.

if you've been wondering why this keeps happening to you specifically

your body is running exactly what it was trained to run. the training is old and the situation has changed.

if you've already done the work and the result in those conversations hasn't changed

therapy

it helped you understand it. understanding it was never the problem.

books and podcasts

you learned them on your sofa. the salary conversation looks nothing like your sofa.

confidence coaching

you feel more confident in private. the conversation still goes the same way.

executive coaching

they named what you do. naming it didn't change what happens next.

all of them were useful. none of them trained the actual moment.

if you're ready to hear about something built differently

what we actually train.

three things, trained together, in real conversations that get harder week by week, until your body holds when it counts.

the words. what you actually say when it counts.

the body. your voice, your hands, your eyes, the pace, the silence underneath the words.

the first move. a small physical move in the first seconds that keeps you steady before you've said a word.

here's what makes it work: none of it is generic. in week one we build your blueprint. the exact conversations you lose, the people you lose them with, how you talk when the pressure hits, and how your manager talks back. we train against your real dynamic, not a textbook one. the version that works on your manager is different from the version that works on mine. that's what we build.

you'll have it on tape.

in week one, before we train anything, you record yourself in the conversation you keep losing. your voice, your body, the way it comes out. we keep it. in week eight you record the same thing again. most women can't believe the two are the same person. you won't have to take my word for whether this worked. you'll watch it.

hey, i'm laura.

here's what happened. for fifteen years i was an executive assistant to c-level leaders in global tech and finance. ten different bosses. my job was to sit in the meetings where everything got decided and read what was about to happen before it happened. i became very good at it. i could read a room before anyone in it knew what they were about to decide. and then i'd walk into my own salary conversation and lose it in the first ten seconds.

i was also losing every important conversation of my own. the salary talk, the review, the moment someone senior pushed back. quietly. predictably. every time.

i did the therapy. i read the books. i took the courses. i understood my situation completely, better than most people ever will. and i still lost my position every time it counted.

so i stopped trying to understand it better and started training the actual response.

i trained it on myself first, in real pressure, until what i did in those conversations actually changed. that's what i teach now. it is the only thing i teach. i open this work to five women at a time, 1:1, twelve weeks, because that is the only way i can do it with the precision it requires.

another framework was never going to move this. the thing that moves it is training a different response.

the version of you that walks in is the one you trained.

in the salary talk, the review, the moment someone pushes back, your body runs the response you trained. you hold your position. you finish the sentence you were in. you say the thing you came to say. you walk out with what you came for. the 40-minute email afterwards doesn't get written, because there's nothing left to say. and the next high-stakes conversation is already on your calendar.

the program.

8 weeks of training, plus 4 weeks of follow-through. 1:1 on zoom. 5 women at a time. designed to train a different response in the conversations that keep costing you.

01 week 1

we map your situation.

your exact conversations, the people, the moments where you lose your position, what it's costing you.

02 weeks 2 through 7

we train.

between sessions, you take the trained response into real conversations, low stakes first, and raise the intensity week by week. you report back by voice note as it happens and i correct it in real time. the live session goes deeper on what came up and sharpens it for the next round.

03 week 8

you take the response into the hardest conversation you've been avoiding.

we prepare it together. you do it for real.

+ weeks 9 through 12

the 4-week follow-through. no extra cost.

the training doesn't stop at week 8. for four more weeks you keep taking the response into real conversations, and i stay with you, correcting and steadying it, while it sets. most programs leave you the moment the sessions end. this is the part where it actually locks in, and it's included.

+ between sessions

when a real conversation happens.

you send me a voicenote within 24 hours. i correct it while it's fresh.

stacked bonuses.

bonus 01

the emergency call

a 1:1 call before any high-stakes conversation that comes up during the 12 weeks

if a real high-stakes conversation lands on your calendar during the 12 weeks, you book an additional 1:1 call within 24 hours before it happens. we prepare specifically for that conversation together. this is in addition to your weekly session.

$400 free

bonus 02

the 6-month follow-up

a 1:1 calibration session 6 months after your program ends

six months after week eight, we run one final 1:1 session. we identify which conversations the trained response held in, which ones it wavered in, and we recalibrate. this is where most coaching programs leave you. this is where this one keeps going.

$300 free

super bonus

your personal response map. yours forever.

the document we build together in week 1, in writing

the precise picture of what's been going wrong in your specific conversations, and the response we built to replace it. yours to keep. you can come back to it anytime you feel yourself slipping back to the old default.

let me be straight with you.

this won't erase the reason your body learned to go quiet, or come in too hot. that response made sense once. what we train is a different response for the conversations you're having now. the old habit stays somewhere in you. it just stops running the conversation.

this is not a quick fix.

the habit of going quiet, or coming in too hot, was built over years. eight weeks to train something different is fast. it is not effortless. you will put yourself into uncomfortable conversations on purpose.

i cannot promise you will be ready for every conversation that comes. i can promise that what we train, your body will run. the trained response is the entire output of this work.

most women avoid this work because the comfortable thing is to keep analyzing what's happening. don't be most women.

if you're starting to talk yourself out of it

what does not change if you do nothing.

another year passes. the next performance review goes the same way it went last time. you say thank you for the feedback. you walk out and rewrite the conversation in your head for the next three days.

the next salary discussion ends with you accepting a number you did not come in to accept. the peer who took credit takes credit again. the email you should have said out loud gets typed forty minutes after the meeting ends.

the version of you that walks into the salary talk, the review, the promotion conversation is still not the version you prepared.

if you're trying to decide whether this matches your situation

this is for you if

  • you keep losing the conversations that decide your pay and title
  • you have a specific high-stakes conversation coming up where giving way again has a real cost
  • you are ready to train, not to analyse

this is not for you if

  • you are looking for general confidence or career coaching
  • you have not done prior self-awareness work and want to start there
  • you cannot commit to weekly sessions for 12 weeks

if you read this and you already know, you can apply directly without the strategy call.

if you're ready to begin

if you read the last section and recognised yourself in it, this form is where the work starts.

fill in the form below. i reply personally within 24 hours with payment details and onboarding.

are you ready to start within the next 2 to 4 weeks?

if something specific is still on your mind

executive coaching names what you do and builds awareness. we train what you do next. the work is repetition under pressure until the response in the conversation changes. understanding is the starting point. training is the work.

no. that's a recruiter or a compensation consultant, and a good one earns their fee. what i train is the part that happens in the room. how you hold yourself, what you say, and whether you can deliver your number and stay steady when they push back. most women i work with already know what to ask for. they give way when it counts. that's my work, and it's the only thing i do.

therapy works on why you do what you do. this trains what you do instead. both have value. they do different jobs.

every approach you've tried gave you more understanding. this trains the actual moment, under real pressure, with repetition. that's the specific thing that was missing.

the first session gives you your interrupt and mechanic. you can deploy them immediately in real situations. the trained response, where your body runs it without effort, builds across the 12 weeks as you take it into real conversations, week by week. most women notice a real difference in their first high-stakes conversation within two weeks.

the program works wherever you have high-stakes conversations where authority pressure is present. board meetings, investor pitches, client negotiations, partnership discussions, hiring conversations. the principle is the same regardless of whether you have a manager or you are the decision-maker in the meeting. if the conversations that matter to you involve real stakes and people with influence over your outcomes, the training applies.

no. this is 1:1 training in a small cohort. when you book a seat, that seat is held for you for the full 12 weeks regardless of how much you engage. the strategy call exists specifically so we can confirm fit before you commit. if i think the program is not right for you, i will say so on the call. if you skip the call and apply directly, the same applies. i would rather not take your money than take it and have you regret it.

the live session is for feedback and correction. the training itself happens between sessions, in your real life. at the start we map mildly stressful situations from your actual week, the lower-stakes ones, and you take the trained response into those first. then you raise the intensity, week by week, into harder conversations. you report back by voice note or message as it happens, and i correct it in real time. then in the live session we go deeper on what came up and sharpen it. you're not rehearsing in a room with me. you're training in your real conversations, with me correcting you the whole way through.

the strategy call is for you if you want to talk through your situation before committing. it is 45 minutes and there is no pitch. the application is for you if you have read this page, you understand what the program is, you know the investment, and you are ready to start. both paths lead to the same program.

the woman who holds her position in those conversations has the same intelligence and understanding you do. she carries the same desire to say the thing.

her body has trained a different response.

that is the entire difference. and it is trainable.

i spent fifteen years watching the woman i could not become. she sat across the same table from me. she held her position when i lost mine. she finished her sentence when mine collapsed. she walked out with what she came for while i walked out writing emails i would never send.

i did not get over it. i trained out of it.

there is a difference and it is the entire reason this method exists.

if you read this far, something on this page recognized something in you. that response is trainable.

stay difficult. and train the response.

laura.
